Attendance: 25%
Effort: 20%
Apparel: 10%
Sneakers: 15%
Performance: 5%

Take notice in the grading rubric and the point distribution. Participation and Attendance outweigh the others; leaving the actual physical performance at only 5% of your overall grade.
